Topics?

Hey-
Jason and I have been asked to do a couple of sessions at this college retreat that we are helping lead this weekend. And it is bizarre to think how much L...i....f....e has gone by since we were actually "students" at one of these things. So, we have been really thinking about what to discuss/teach (there are SO many roads we could take) and I was wondering what YOU think would be relevant, interesting, helpful....
What do you think that that demographic needs to hear/ discuss? We have a few things already planned but are open to any suggestions.

Thoughts?

i know this is random, but i really think stewardship is an important lesson to learn as early as possible. after having NOTHING in college, it is easy to think that your new entry level $25K salary is a bundle because it is more money than you have ever had in your life. and slowly, but surely that money gets eaten up with "things" and "stuff" and then the next salary is not enough and then the next one isn't enough either. money is a topic that people are scared to talk about, so not many do. i just know that i wish someone had taught me about how God wanted me to treat my money. just a thought. if you write a lesson on it, send it my way. i still need to read it :)

I think it's SO important to know what you know. So often we grow up believing in something because everyone else tells us to, but we have to come to a point (college is a common time for this) when we choose to believe what we believe because we are choosing right from wrong. I think holding steadfast to Truth...and being able to give a reason as to why Christianity is different...and why Christ is who I follow....these things are VERY important for us all to think through
